T hank you for visiting the Thermacraft web page. We have been designing and installing heating and solar system since 1988. The scope of our projects ranges from 10,000 sq. ft. residences and school buildings to 600 sq. ft. cottages and even smaller retrofits. The cost of our services ranges from $4.10 a sq. ft. for medium-sized homes with concrete slab heat up to $9.50 a sq. ft. for projects requiring special applications, heating plants and advanced controls. We are a small company and we do only one thing: radiant floor heat. Our systems are designed to be simple and effective. Our pumping/control manifolds are neatly mounted on a white wall with all components carefully labeled. We want our customers to have a system that they can understand and that they will be proud of.

R adiant heat can be incorporated into any kind of flooring system, walls and even ceilings. It can work together with any other kind of hot water heat such as radiators or baseboards. We predominantly install gas heated boilers, but oil, wood and electricity can also be used. Other heat sources such as solar and fireplace hydrogrates can augment heating systems. Furthermore, the State of North Carolina and the US government offer a total of 55%  tax credit on all solar augmented heating systems valued up to $10,500.
